The Farnam Hotel

Brilliantly Unexpected

When approached to reimagine the Landmark Center into The Farnam Hotel by Marriott, APMA jumped at the opportunity. The challenge was to create a high-end, sophisticated, boutique hotel within an existing 15-story building on the edge of Omaha’s Old Market. Working with The Gettys Group, an international, hospitality-focused design firm, APMA created a more engaging streetscape and entrance, a brand-new ground level lounge and patio, and an unforgettable palette for both. Together they help visitors see a familiar place from a new perspective.
