ZAG Apartments
When Life Zigs...
Addressing the need for urban infill housing in Midtown Omaha, the ZAG Apartments were designed to align with the style of its surrounding neighborhood while offering a modern, amenity-filled living option for residents in the area. The 186-unit building replaced just two single family homes that sat on the site. ZAG’s architectural design is a nod to the geometry of the single-family homes in the area, but reimagined with a simple, Scandinavian-inspired form.

Among the many tenant amenities is a “Chill Zone” with soft, lounge furniture and fireplace; a conference room; TV lounge and adjacent coffee station; and more. Outdoors tenants have access to raised community garden beds, an expansive pool and deck space, and a lush lawn with a cozy firepit with plenty of seating and lounging options.
