Recreation Done Right

Supersized illustrations of angular, physical bodies in motion reinforce the brand and vibe of this community recreation and sports facility. People in action became the focus of the illustrations applied to walls throughout the facility including at youth batting cages, gyms, and restrooms. At the children’s play area (a windowless internal room) nature themed graphics get a vibrant wash of colors to enliven the activity space. The angular shapes found in the facility’s butterfly logo influenced the approach of angular shapes and bodies in motion for graphics and signage.
