Meadowbrook Senior Living
Retiring in Style
Meadowbrook Senior Living includes 138 senior-living residences across various levels of care and constructed in two phases. Phase 1 included 60 Assisted Living and 30 Memory Care units. The finished project is nearly 100,000 SF. A 20,000 SF amenity facility includes an ice cream and coffee bar, library, multipurpose room and fitness center, along with a game room featuring a pool table and shuffleboard. An open air, enclosed courtyard allows residents to enjoy outdoor time in a safe and secure environment.

Located in Prairie Village, Kansas the facility completes a new neighborhood that has been developed on the site of a former 136-acre golf course. The other half of the property remains as parkland and all major water features have been maintained and enhanced offering residents an opportunity to live in a park-like setting with modern amenities, elegantly designed common areas, and private underground parking.
