From inception, the client’s vision was clear: the creation of a bank that defies formality, opting instead for an atmosphere reminiscent of a community living room. This was not merely another site-adapted branch; rather, it was a tailored space reflecting the individuality of the district. Key decisions, such as incorporating large storefront windows, not only enhance street visibility but also provide pedestrians with a tantalizing view of the inviting lounge, community coffee bar, and warm interiors.

Upon entering, patrons are greeted by a barrier-free lobby, lounge, and teller area, thoughtfully furnished with soft seating to encourage lingering and evoke comfort. A community coffee bar, accessible to anyone, adds a welcoming touch, while NanaWalls forming two sides of the central conference room allow seamless traversal of the space from back to front when retracted, reinforcing a sense of openness.
