A Classic Grows West
Pitch West is the second location of this popular coal-fired pizza restaurant. The team was challenged with creating a unifying design that still felt fresh in this new construction building in a suburban setting. As a nod to the historic home of the first location, warm materials – among them brick, rustic wood, and polished concrete – were used to create a welcoming backdrop and cozy dining experience. The glowing facade serves as both a beacon to the passerby while also referencing the glowing embers of the coal oven. A roof deck is the ideal spot for al fresco dining while communal and individual tables create the sense of an easy-going, true neighborhood favorite.
